MOUNDS VILW CITY COUNCIL <br />Regular Meeting <br />Page 4 February 11, 1980 <br />proposal would provide a specific procedure <br />for properties which were presently between <br />150 feet in width up to 170 feet in width. <br />It would allow these properties to be split <br />in no smaller lot sizes than 75 feet in <br />width. Properties which fell below 150 feet <br />nor above 170 feet would not have any lati- <br />tude in the procedures for splitting of their <br />property. Questions were raised over the <br />procedure and impact of the proposed amend- <br />ment by Mrs. James Buckley, 7770 Greenwood, <br />Mounds, View, MN 55432; Mrs. Frank Veno, 7700 <br />Long Lake Road, Mounds View, MN 55432; and <br />Willard Doty, 3049 Bronson, Mounds View, MN <br />55432. Acting Mayor Hodges closed the pub- <br />lic hearing at 8:30 p.m. Rowley moved that <br />the second hearing of the proposed amendment <br />be held on February 25, 1980, at 7:40 p.m. <br />at City Hall. Ziebarth seconded the motion. <br />The motion carried. <br />4 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Acting Mayor returned to the items which <br />had been removed from the Consent Agenda. <br />Resolution 1072, Item F, dealt with the <br />appointment of a Responsible Authority <br />who would be responsible for the documents <br />found in City's control. Nelson provided <br />the City Council with background informa- <br />tion on this matter. <br />The Resolution 1072 is a modified copy of <br />the suggested language by the League of <br />Minnesota Cities for the appointment of a <br />Responsible Authority.
