Council <br />requested that the short item be <br />piaced on the Agenda first in order <br />to dispense with them early on in the <br />evening. <br />Inspector's Report. Nelson noted that 22. INSPECTOR'S REPORT <br />the Building Zoning Administrator <br />was home due to illness and therefore, <br />he would be making his report. <br />Nelson reviewed with the City Council 23. DYNAMIC DEVELOPERS <br />the status of the Dynamic Developer <br />Application. After much discussion <br />it was noted that the watershed would <br />be reviewing the matter during the <br />month of March. There was no action <br />that the City Council felt they could <br />take at this time. Mayor moved to <br />delay action on Dynamic Developers <br />until April 14th at 7:40 P.M. ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />attention of the City Council that he <br />received a document requesting indus- <br />trial revenue bonding for Kerley Foundry. <br />He noted that the Staff needed to review <br />this before presenting something to the <br />City Council. No action was taken. <br />The Attorney also brought up a <br />question regarding North Star Speedway <br />property and what the status was on <br />that matter. It was noted by Nelson <br />that the City was still waiting for <br />a report back from Short- Elliott- <br />Hendrickson on the property.
