"in last December <br />7th, Minnesota Department of Transportation Commissioner 3raun established <br />that the future corridor for Highway 10 would be along the northern <br />border of Mounds View, thus rejecting suggestions that the corridor be <br />located farther north so as to relieve anticipated noise problems from <br />truck traffic. It has been difficult to make a case for a more northerly <br />route in the face of resolutions by earlier City Councils(going back <br />to 1971) and highway department plans. that nupported the proposed relocation.- <br />Now that the decision has been made, the Council is concentrating its <br />efforts toward minimizing the problems that the relocation could bring. <br />n d <br />„1_41,_015, 'S /l„ij,„ <br />
