Page MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL Regular Meeting <br />g March 10, 1980 <br />City Attorney said that a question <br />had been raised on the language of the <br />Resolution which he would be discussing <br />with the Bonding Attorney from the <br />Dorsey firm. <br />The Council wanted to meet at 7:00 PM <br />on March 17th to approve the Northwest <br />Planning Contract. By doing so, the <br />City Attorney would have a chance to <br />re- examine the contract that had pre- <br />viously been submitted by Northwest to <br />insure that all of the conditions that <br />the City desired had been met. <br />Rowley moved that the City Council <br />convene at 7:00 P.M. on March 17th in <br />order to approve the Northwest Associates <br />Contract to complete the City's Compre- <br />hensive Plan. Ziebarth seconded the <br />motion. <br />The notion carried. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Mayor called for any further business <br />to come before the City Council and on <br />hearing no new information, called for <br />f a motion for adjournment. Rowley moved <br />to adjourn the March 10, 1980 Coin, .:i1 <br />Meeting and it was seconded by Ziebarth. <br />5 ayes <br />The motion carried. 0 nays <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:13 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />23.
