MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL Regular l0 Meeting 950 <br />Page 9 March <br />Nelson reminded City Council that at <br />their March 3rd Agenda Session that <br />they had resolved to take a vote on <br />whether to do the Compensation Study <br />for the non -union employees on whether <br />or not it would be conducted In -House <br />or by Consultant. <br />Ziebarth moved to have the City's <br />Compensation Study be conducted by a <br />professional Consultant. Rowley <br />seconded the motion. <br />5 ayes <br />The motion carried. 0 nays <br />21. COMPENSATION STUDY <br />The Council then directed Staff to get <br />in contact with Stanton Associates <br />to have them meet with the City Council <br />at their earliest convenience, but <br />preferably on the 17th of March. The <br />Council generally concurred with that <br />request. <br />City Attorney noted to the City Council 22. ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />that Midwest Planning was it the process MIDWEST CONTRACT <br />of bankruptcy. That the Attorney handl- <br />ing their bankruptcy had been in dis- <br />cussion with Mr. Meyers and he said that <br />the outstanding bill of $426.86 was all <br />that Midwest was expecting from the City <br />and upon receipt of that payment would <br />release the City from its Contract. He <br />went on to say that Northwest Consultant <br />had provided the City with a Hold Harmless <br />Authority on any outstanding debt beyond <br />this $426.86 and felt that this would <br />resolve the matter. Nelson asked for <br />approval of the City Council to pay the <br />$426.86. Ziebarth moved to pay Midwest <br />Planning $426.86 for work completed and <br />that this is a consideration of their <br />final bill to the City of Mounds View. <br />Hodges seconded the motion. <br />5 ayes <br />The motion carried. 0 nays <br />
