The Mounds View City Council was <br />called to order at 7:30 P.M. on <br />March 24, 1980 by Mayor McCarty. <br />Members Present: Forslund, Rowley, <br />Hodges, and McCarty. <br />(Ziebarth was absent because he <br />was out of town) <br />Also Present: City Attorney Meyers, <br />Clerk- Administrator Nelson, Building <br />and Zoning Official Rose, Parks, <br />Recreation and Forestry Director <br />Anderson, Finance Director Brager, <br />and Consulting Engineer Boxrud. <br />The City Council had been submitted <br />the March 10, 1980 Council Meeting <br />Minutes. The Mayor called for any <br />additions or corrections and he noted <br />that on page 4 there was a typographical <br />error relating to a citation of Chapter <br />26 of the improvement ordinance, it was <br />noted by Nelson. <br />Hodges moved to adopt the corrected <br />minutes as submitted, seconded by <br />Forslund. <br />The motion carried. <br />4 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Mayor called for approval of the <br />Special Minutes of March 17, 1980 <br />for any additions or corrections. <br />Rowley moved the adoption of the <br />March 17th Special Minutes as <br />submitted, seconded by Forslund. <br />The motion carried. <br />4 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Nelson stated that the City Council <br />would be receiving the second in a <br />series of quarterly reports from <br />Department Heads that had not <br />presented their information at the <br />March 10th Meeting.
