He will be attending a Youth Service Bureau meeting <br />tomorrow morning and will report back to the Council. <br />Ziebarth: No report. <br />Mayor: <br />1. He attended a testimonial dinner on behalf of the <br />Council last weekend for Mrs. Alverna Roller, State <br />President of the VFW Womens Auxiliary of the Cootie, <br />who is a dynamic, energetic lady. He presented <br />a proclamation on behalf of the Council to her. <br />2. He has been notified by Ken Breske that he wishes <br />to become a regular Planning Commission member. <br />Council will interview him and potential member <br />designate candidates at the next agenda session. <br />Pauley: 11. REPORT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR <br />1. Resolution 1178 designation of polling places <br />is required to be adopted by the Council for the <br />general election. <br />MOTION: <br />Rowley made a motion, seconded by Forslund, to <br />adopt Resolution 1178 designation of <br />polling places) <br />2. Bids on 4 of the 8 surplus vehicles have been <br />submitted. <br />MOTION: <br />Ayes -5 <br />Nays -0 <br />MOTION CARRIED. <br />Rowley made a motion, seconded by Hodges to accept <br />the high bids on the 4 surplus vehicles: <br />1977 Plymouth Fury 4 -door (two) <br />1967 Chevrolet Pickup <br />1978 Ford LTD II.4 door <br />Ayes -5 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. <br />
