The City has received a letter from Ramsey <br />County on the issue determining the county <br />requirements regarding curb cuts on their <br />lots versus the city's requirements. This <br />will be discussed at the Council's next <br />agenda session. <br />Official Rose and Administrator Pauley both noted <br />that they had confirmed this resolution with the <br />city attorney (who could not be present tonight) <br />and he had recommended approval of the financing <br />package as amended. <br />MOTION: Ziebarth made a motion, seconded by Hodges, <br />to approve Resolution 1193 which is the amended <br />resolution including the hold harmless agreement. <br />Ayes -3 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. <br />10. REVIEW OF COMMERCIAL DEVELOP- <br />MENT REVENUE NOTE FOR ARLIN <br />WOLF (RESOLUTION 1193) <br />Official Rose, Administrator Pauley, and City 11. ORDER STUDY OF M.S.A. STREET <br />Engineer Boxrud discussed the staff memo to Council PROJECTS FOR 1981 <br />summarizing recommendations and discussions on the <br />use of the MSA funds. Boxrud noted that this study <br />needed to be completed by November 24th in order <br />to meet the MSA deadlines. Councilmember Ziebarth <br />also noted that the recommendations should not <br />be created in an attempt to use the funds, but <br />should be used for specific and appropriate projects. <br />Bill Doty, 3049 Bronson Drive, suggested considering <br />the resurfacing of some streets. <br />MOTION: Rowley made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth, <br />to order a feasibility study by staff, using the <br />criteria A -E as stated in their November 7th memo, <br />and the cost should not exceed $2,500. The funds <br />will be taken from the contingency funds and the <br />study should be completed by November 24, 1980. <br />Ayes -3 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. <br />
