The Suburban Rate Authority met on January
21st and Mayor McCarty stated there is some
preliminary work that the city staff will be
doing to prepare for future discussion with them.
2. The Council indicated to Mr. Miller
that they could not act on unapproved minutes of
the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission
would approve the minutes of their January meeting
on February 9th and the Council would then set the
hearing for March 9th.
Clerk- Administrator Pauley: 17. If their expenses should exceed their
budgeted revenues, they would be unable to tap into
other sources of funds to assist in these cost over-
runs.
