He needed approval to return excess <br />monies from Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Vino received <br />by the city for the subdivision rezoning request <br />which was approved last year. <br />MOTION: Forslund made a motion, seconded by <br />Doty to approve Check #17157 in the amount of <br />$314.67 to be refunded to Mr. Franklin Veno. <br />Ayes -3 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. <br />The Council recessed at 9:40 p.m. <br />and re- convened at 9:45 p.m. <br />FORSLUND: <br />MOTION: Forslund made a motion, seconded by <br />Doty to accept the 1980 yearly police report <br />received by the Council from Police Chief <br />Grabowski. <br />Ayes -3 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. <br />1. She attended a sewage /sludge meeting <br />in Coon Rapids recently. She gave a copy of <br />the report to Administrator Pauley. <br />2. The proposed Blaine /MnDot /Mounds View <br />Limited Use Permit recommendations from the <br />Planning Commission will be presented to Council <br />in the next few weeks. <br />3. The Planning Commission accepted the <br />final draft of the housing plan at their last <br />meeting. Meetings are scheduled for Feb. llth <br />and Feb. 25th (if necessary) to discuss the <br />capital improvements program. <br />14. Report of the <br />Councilmembers <br />BLANCHARD /DOTY: <br />They both commenteu on the informative League <br />meeting they recently attended on January 31st. <br />Many of the League's suggestions were already <br />being implemented by Mounds View. <br />PAULEY: 15. Report of the <br />Administrator <br />1. He presented Resolution No. 1241 <br />Requesting the Placement of Certain County <br />Road Improvement Projects on the 1981 Com- <br />prehensive Transportation Plan for Ramsey County. <br />He stated that this would be the first step in <br />getting the County to undertake these <br />projects. <br />
