Change 2.02 to read, "This <br />Ordinance shall be in force for <br />one year from its effective date, <br />unless renewed or repealed. <br />MOTION CARRIES <br />Building and Zoning Official Rose pre <br />sented the maps which were proposed to <br />be included as Exhibit A. The Council <br />approved Exhibit A to include the Water <br />Resources map from Ramsey County Soil <br />and Water Conservation District, City <br />maps of the wetlands and wetland data <br />sheets from the Ramsey County Soil and <br />Water Conservation District. <br />Councilmember Hodges made a motion, <br />seconded by Councilmember Forslund, <br />to adopt Ordinance No. 301 as amended. <br />Ayes Forslund, Hodges, Doty and McCarty <br />Nays 0 <br />MOTION CARRIES <br />Councilmember Forslund made a motion, <br />seconded by Councilmember Doty to authorize <br />the Clerk- Administrator to advertise for <br />the position of Recording Secretary at <br />the budgeted amount of $55 per meeting, <br />interview applicants, and recommend the <br />hiring of an applicant to the City Council. <br />Ayes 4 <br />Nays 0 MOTION CARRIES <br />Building and Zoning Official Rose ad- <br />vised the Council that Mr. Ken Sjodin, <br />representing the Gayle Addition Plat, <br />was present and that all documents <br />regarding the modification of the plat <br />would be submitted for consideration <br />by the Council at their next regular <br />meeting. <br />Mayor McCarty made a motion, seconded <br />by Hodges, to place the issue on the <br />February 23, 1981 Consent Agenda <br /> ,.,.„1 Ayes 4 <br />Nays 0 <br />MOTION CARRIES <br />4.
