MOTION: Councilmember Forslund made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Blanchard to accept the Minutes of the April 27, 1981, Regular Meeting as corrected. 5 ayes 0 nays MOTION CARRIED. There were no comments from the audience. Jerry Linke, 2319 Knoll Drive, stated that he 7. would like to be kept more informed of what is going on at the meetings. Mayor McCarty stated that the entire agenda was in a book on the table tor that purpose. Mayor McCarty gave a short review of all of the Consent Agenda items. Item A: Should be May 26, 1981, instead of May 25, 1981. Item J: Funds to be taken from the Lakeside account and put into the contingency fund. Item K: Date should be May 26, 1981, instead of May 25, 1981. Councilmember Blanchard stated that she would like Item F removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. MOTION: Councilmember Doty made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Hodges to approve the Consent Agenda (eliminating Item F) and to waive the reading of t'o Resolutions. 5 ayes 0 nays MOTION CARRIED.
