Mounds View City Council June 8, 1981 <br />Regular Meeting Page 9 <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley read Resolution <br />No. 1304, setting the date of the election <br />to be August 18, 1981. <br />Motion /Second: Forslund /Blanchard to <br />adopt Resolution No. 1304. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Attorney Meyers recommended that some <br />explanatory language be included with <br />the ballot. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley stated he had <br />discussed the applicant's request with <br />Attorney Meyers and Police Chief Grabowski <br />and that they did not feel it would present <br />a problem. <br />There was discussion among the Council as <br />to the fee to be set per evening. Mayor <br />McCarty recommended it be set at $100. <br />Motion /Second: Hodges /Doty to adopt Reso- <br />lution No. 1303 with the following amendment, <br />that the fee should be $100 for each evening, <br />and not require the six control officers, <br />and waive the reading of the Resolution. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Official Rose reported that the Planning <br />Commission had granted the required variance, <br />and reviewed the recommended requirements. <br />Mr. Kelley explained that he would be <br />the warehouse for his own trucks, and <br />they are mobile units that go out and <br />trucks at the site. <br />using <br />that <br />wash <br />Motion /Second: Forslund /Blanchard to adopt <br />Resolution No. 1294, approving Development <br />Agreement No. ^1 -42 for ChemClean Truck <br />Wash, with the security amount of the <br />development agreement to be $17,750, exhibits <br />to include the site plan, plans and specs, <br />and Resolution No. 983 requirements for <br />seven years ($1,000), legal description <br />and exhibit 2A to include agreement to pay all <br />"City expenses regarding development within 30 <br />days of receipt and all parking in access is <br />for a perimeter of B6 -18 concrete curb. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />16. Consideration of <br />Resolution No. 1303 <br />Authorizing Will <br />Harris to Conduct <br />Boxing Matches at <br />the Bel -Rae Ballroom' <br />Motion Carried <br />17.
