Official Rose explained that he had spoken to the County and that as long as the City certifies the assessments with the County, they could be flexible. otion /Second: Hodges /Blanchard to approve the Silver Lake Woods P.U.D. by adopting Resolutions No. 1318, 1319, 1320 and 1321 and waive the reading of the resolutions, to include the amendment to No. 1320. 5 ayes 0 nays Official Rose reported that Kraus Anderson has requested tax exempt financing and suggested the public hearing be set for July 13, 1981.
