Eigenheer gave a presentation of his proposed <br />evelopment. <br />Charles Machtel, 5533 St. Michael asked if any <br />rezoning would be required, or the use of City <br />funds for the holding pond, and if a single <br />cul -de -sac for the development was approved for <br />safety, if the wires would be underground, and <br />if the land would be left in its natural state. <br />Mr. Eigenheer replied that rezoning would not <br />be required, nor would City funds for the holding <br />pond. He added that the cul -de -sac had been <br />approved by the Police and Fire Departments, and <br />that the wiring would be underground, and he <br />would be leaving the land in its natural state <br />as much as possible, and would be leaving as <br />many trees as possible. <br />Harold Gradde, 5545 St. Michael, asked if the lots <br />would be sold without homes. Mr. Eigenheer <br />replied that he would sell the lots alone. <br />Neil Loeding, 5046 Longview Drive asked if perma- <br />nent easements would be given for the wetlands. <br />'Tr. Eigenheer replied that a portion has been <br />et aside already for permanent easements. <br />Keith Harstad stated that he owns the adjacent <br />land to Mr. Eigenheer and stated that he would <br />like Mr. Eigenheer to provide a street through <br />his development to reach his own property, as <br />he felt the most feasible spot for a street <br />would be through Mr. Eigenheer's property. <br />City Attorney Meyers advised the Council that <br />they may take into consideration the surrounding <br />property, but they are not required to, and that <br />Mr. Harstad was not before the Council under <br />305, as was Mr. Eigenheer. <br />Mr. Eigenheer stated he would be willing to <br />sell the necessary land to Mr. Harstad, so that <br />he could put through a street to his property. <br />Mr. Harstad stated he would not be making a <br />formal application until the wetlands issue is <br />resolved. <br />Mr. Eigenheer stated that he would prefer to <br />install the streets himself, and that he would <br />aet all requirements set by the City. <br />City Attorney Meyers asked if Mr. Eigenheer <br />was willing to give the easements on the wetlands <br />lots. Mr. Eigenheer replied that he was willing, <br />if it was required by the ordinance. <br />
