ayes 0 nays <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to <br />order by Mayor McCarty at 7:30 PM on September <br />28, 1981. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hodges, <br />Forslund and Blanchard, and Mayor McCarty. <br />It was noted that Councilmember Doty was ill. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Acting City Attorney Karney, <br />Finance Director Brager and Building and <br />Zoning Official Rose. <br />Motion /Second: Forslund /Hodges to approve <br />the September 14, 1981 minutes as corrected. <br />There were no residents requests or comments. <br />Councilmember Forslund asked if senior Boy <br />Scouts could be used for labor on Item A of <br />the Consent Agenda.
