Mounds View City Council October 13, 1981 <br />Regular Meeting Page Five <br />ficial Rose reviewed Resolution iTo. 1372, <br />regarding the HRA to ir rrogram. Hf: stated that <br />the request to the Metropolitan Council HRA is <br />made annually. <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Blanchard to approve Resolu- <br />tion No. 1372 and waive the reading. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Official Rose stated he had been contacted by <br />Tyson Trucking, and they had requested permission <br />to start grading nn their property in another two <br />weeks, prior to the final approval of their development, <br />which they are just finishing. <br />Mayor McCarty expressed concern that if permission <br />was granted, for the grading permit prior to final <br />approval of the development it would not be in <br />conformance with past practices. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Doty to deny the request <br />of Tyson Trucking for a grading permit. <br />ayes 0 nays <br />Attorney Meyers stated he had received a letter <br />from the attorney representing Mr. Harstaa, <br />regarding the Eigenheer plat and that he planned <br />on responding, indicating that the approval of <br />the plat was the only issue before the Council <br />at that time. <br />There was considerable discussion regarding SDM <br />charges, with Attorney Meyers informing the Council <br />that the attorneys for the developers of Silver Lake <br />Woods felt they should receive a credit. Attorney <br />Meyers stated he would respond that the Council <br />feels the charges are reasonable and that nothing <br />in the contract indicates they were not going to <br />access the SDM charge. <br />Councilmember Hodges reported that the North 14. Reports of Council <br />west Suburban Youth Service Bureau had moved members <br />to the Community Center on County Road B in <br />Roseville. <br />Mayor McCarty reported that there had been a <br />ress release from the Met Council two weeks <br />oo, stating they had formally adopted the <br />recommendation from the Transportation Sub- <br />committee regarding the proposed master plan <br />for the Anoka County Airport.
