Motion /Second: McCarty /dodges to authorize the Clerk /Administrator to do a financial feasibility study. 4 ayes 0 nays Motion /Second: Hodges /Forslund to authorize advertising for summer help and a Public Wcrks Maintenance Person. 4 ayes 0 nays Clerk /Administrator Pauley recommended the contract be for a period of 520 hours over a six month period of time. Motion /Second: McCarty /Forslund to offer Mr. Johnson a contract for 520 hours of work over a period of six months at a rate of $22.50 per hour, with billings to be submitted twice per month, to a maximum of $11,700, to be paid from the storm water management fund, with Mr. Johnson to be retained as an independent contractor. 4 ayes 0 nays Motion /Second: Forslund /Hodges to place a streetlight on Terrace Drive, between 35W and Quincy Street, to be placed between 2119 and 2127 Terrace Drive. 4 ayes 0 nays Park Director Anderson reported they are presently $1,898.02 below budget on the project and are suggesting four improvements which could be made, amounting to $1,695, which would still leave the project $203.02 under budget.
