Mounds View City Council April 12, 1982 Regular Meeting Page Two Motion /Second: Forslund /Hodges to adopt Resolution No. 1425 as presented, and waive the reading. 4 ayes 0 nays Motion /Second: Forslund /Blanchard to table Item F to be discussed at the next agenda meeting. 4 ayes 0 nays Notion /Second: Forslund /Blanchard to approve Change Order No. 1 for Silver Lake Woods Improve- ment Project. 4 ayes 0 nays 4 ayes 0 nays Dan Boxrud reviewed the change order for the Council, pointing out that everything before them had been reviewed previously and the project is running under budget to date. Motion /Second: Hodges /Blanchard to approve payment number 4 for Silver Lake Woods Improve- ment Project 81 -3, in the amount of $55,195.75. James Alexander, 1481 No. Innsbrook Drive, stated he had owned a used car operation at the site in question from 1977 until just recently, and was now opening up a tire sales operation, and is requesting a temporary conditional use permit. Motion /Second: McCarty /Forslund to grant a temporary occupancy to the Great American Tire Company, contingent upon action of the Planning Commission a .d City Council at a future date, requesting that the applicant note for the minutes that this action could be reversed in the future, and he will agree with any conditions set out in the permit, with the temporary permit being good through April 26, 1982. Mr. Alexander agreed to the conditions set forth in the motion. 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried Motion Carried 6. Consideration of Change Order to Silver Lake Woods Improvement Project Motion Carried 7.
