Councilmember Doty had no report. 10. Reports of Councilmembers Councilmember Blanchard reported she had attended the League of Cities conference in Rochester, and felt it was very informative. She also felt that Mounds View was very progressive in the steps they are taking now. Councilmember Hodges reported the Youth Service Bureau had left their budget the same as last year. He added they will be moving to the Edgewood Community Center. Councilmember Hodges read a notice of Zak MacRunnels, who will be awarded as an Eagle Scout on July 14. Councilmember Forslund reported she would be on vacation next week. Mayor McCarty reported he had received the annual report from the School District. 9. Administrator Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported the Council was invited to the grand opening drawing of the First State Bank of New Brighton, on July 1 at 4 PM. Clerk /Administrator Pauley presented the Council with a memo from Park Director Anderson, recommending payment for the turf establishment at Silver View Park, with a retainage being held.
