Mounds View City Council June 28, 1982 Regular Meeting Page Four Director Johnson reviewed the proposed plan and answered questions from the Council. He stated all recommendations from the Planning Commission had been complied with. Motion /Second: Blanchard /Hodges that the Council concurs with the Planning Commission's Resolution No. 55 -82, reference the Dailey Knolls Addition, including the conditions that are required. 5 ayes 0 nays Clerk /Administrator Pauley asked that the explana- tion of snowcones be added to Timothy Rice, under Item F, and that Robert Schmitt, also for snowcones, be added to Item F. Motion /Second: Blanchard /Doty to approve the additional names under Item F. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion /Second: Doty /Forslund to approve the consent agenda, and waive the reading of the resolutions. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion /Second: McCarty /Hodges to transfer 75.00 from the general fund contingency accounto to account 100 120 -4303, Administra- tion, Professional Services. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion /Second: McCarty /Doty to approve the pay- ment of $1,605.00 to Gunnar Isberg for services rendered. 5 ayes 0 nays Director Johnson passed out a memo from the DNR regarding the flood insurance study. He added he was in contact with Mr. Stein and would be forwarding materials received from him. Director Johnson stated he would review the report he had received from SEH regarding ponding capacity, at the July 6 agenda session. Director Johnson reported a number of calls have been received regarding the quality of the City water. He stated they are being logged in and checked into, but at this time there does not 5C.
