He stated the Wetland Development Subcommittee would be meeting on September 15, at 7 PM, as noted in Item C of the consent agenda. Director Johnson reported he had received a memo regarding the final acceptance of the First State Bank of New Brighton, Mounds View office. Motion /Second: McCarty /Doty to release the letter of credit to Sahara Investment Co., No. 61215, in the amount of $77,035, and issue a final certificate of occupancy. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried Director Johnson reported the City had received notice from the Rice Creek Watershed District that an application had been made by Mr. Miller, for some type of action on his 70 acres. He reported Staff is checking into this. Director Johnson reported he had met with County and State engineers regarding County Road J and MSA funding and snow plowing, and would be following up with them. Attorney Meyers had no report. 13. Report of Attorney Councilmember Hodges had no report. 14. Reports of Counci lmembers Councilmember Forslund asked that Staff check into the cars being parked on the street in front of apartment buildings, as she was concerned with safety. Motion /Second: McCarty /Forslund to request the Planning Commission and Police Department make a recommendatior to the Council in reference to the continued parking on Greenfield between County Road I and Highway 10. 5 ayes U nays Motion /Second: Blanchard /Doty to amend the previous motion to include all on- street parking. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried Motion Carried
