Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />'Motion /Second: Doty /Blanchard to approve Resolution <br />:1o. 1495, denying the development request of Dynamic <br />Designers and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Doty to remove the item from <br />the table. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Attorney Meyers asked if Donald W. Baker, Joseph M. <br />Baker and Patrick A. Conroy, Jr. were present. They <br />responded that they were. <br />Donald Baker stated they had no further information <br />to provide to the City. <br />Councilmember Doty asked if the City is required to <br />transfer liquor licenses upon request. Attorney <br />Meyers replied that a transfer does not present the <br />same situation as granting a license, but they <br />consider the potential transfer. He added this <br />would be handled the same as the transfer of any <br />license. <br />Motion: Doty to not consider the transfer of <br />the license at this time. <br />There were no second to the motion. <br />Mayor McCarty stated they had been through a <br />difficult time with this issue. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Doty to deny the application <br />or license transfer from Richard and Marlene <br />'ovlitzki to Donald W.
