PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor McCarty at 7:37 PM. <br />Mayor McCarty clarified his position, and the feel <br />ings of the Council, regarding the delinquent tax <br />bills as discussed at the September 27 meeting, and <br />misrepresented in the New Brighton Bulletin. He <br />emphasized that the Council was not angry with Staff. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Hodges to express a complete <br />and total vote of confidence in favor of the Staff <br />members. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />It was also noted that while the bids came in higher <br />than projected for the Oak Park project, the cost is <br />to be paid by the developer, and not the City. <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Hodges to approve the September <br />27, 1982 minutes as corrected. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Forslund to approve the <br />October 4, 1982 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Doty to recind the motion <br />made by McCarty, seconded by :Doty, on October 4, <br />1982, directing Staff to send a second letter in <br />reference to unpaid utility bills. <br />i ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Forslund /Doty to take Resolution <br />No. 1502 from the table. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />DATE APPROVED: 10/25/82 <br />Regular Meeting <br />October 11, 1982 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />1.
