Mounds View City Council October 11, 1982 <br />Regular Meeting Page Five <br />brought it well above the specified level, and <br />4 iould like to speak to someone about this, as he <br />oes not feel it should be classified a wetland. <br />He was directed to sneak to Director of Public Works/ <br />Community Development Johnson. <br />Keith Harstad stated his objections have been noted <br />through Mr. Malkerson, and that he personally <br />vehemently objects to the ordinance. He stated he <br />owns three parcels which are substantially affected <br />by this ordinance. Mr. Harstad asked that the <br />ordinance be tabled to allow time for them to discuss <br />it further and have their questions answered. <br />Joseph Goebel, 8121 Long Lake Road, identified him- <br />self as a professional soil scientist and geologist, <br />and stated he was very pleased to see the City has <br />finally come forward with a very responsible ordi- <br />nance on the wetlands.
