Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed the proposed <br />request and read Resolutuion No. 1511. <br />Mr. Pietrowski stated he feels the property <br />qualifies for R -2 zoning, as the lots are 120` <br />wide. <br />Planning Commissioner Warren advised the Council <br />that the Met Council is bi.aring proposals now <br />regarding noise and the construction of homes near <br />airports, and asked if that might affect this <br />construction. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley replied any regulations <br />concerning noise will not go into effect until the <br />Master Plan has been adopted by the Met Council. <br />Acting Mayor Hodges closed the public hearing and <br />reopened the regular meeting at 8:21 PM. <br />There was discussion regarding the use of insula- <br />tion and how helpful it might be in noise abatement. <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Blanchard to adopt Resolution <br />No. 1511, approving Planning Case 115 -82, for a <br />minor subdivision, and waive the reading of the <br />resolution. <br />3 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Hodges to have the first read- <br />ing of Ordinance No. 325, amending the municipal <br />code of Mounds View by amending Chapter 41 entitled <br />"Specific Re nni ng" <br />ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley read Ordinance No. 325. <br />Acting Mayor Hodges closed the regular meeting and <br />opened the fifth public hearing at 8:27 PM. <br />There were no comments from the audience regarding <br />this request. <br />Acting Mayor Hodges r csed the public hearing and <br />reopened the regular ;meeting at 8:28 PM. <br />Acting Mayor Hodges reported the Planning Commission <br />has approved Resolution No. 65 -82, approving reloca- <br />tion of the building. <br />There was discussion regarding sewer and water ser- <br />vices provided to the lot, and who Mrs. Wille would <br />be hooking up with, and what she had been assessed <br />for already, and by whom.
