He added that they <br />will be invited to the first April meeting, <br />where they will be presented with signed, framed <br />copies of the resolutions from the Council. <br />Councilmember Doty stated there is sufficient <br />area for the developer to develop under R -3, <br />without filling in the wetland, and that he <br />would still have to install some type of runoff <br />containment, with drainage going into the <br />wetland area to some degree. <br />Motion /Second: Doty /McCarty to not allow <br />filling of the wetland on the Poppelaars development <br />proposal, citing Chapter 49, Sub 2A, 2F, 2H and 2I, <br />and 48.02, 48.03 and 48.04 of the City code, and <br />portions of Chapter 49 of the flood plain zoning <br />Motion Carried <br />Motion Carried <br />6.
