The Mounds View City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor McCarty at 7:30 PM on May 23, 1983. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Linke, Hankner, <br />Blanchard, Doty and Mayor McCarty. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/ <br />Administrator Fauley and Public Works /Community <br />Development Director Johnson. <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Blanchard to approve the May 9, <br />1983 minutes as corrected. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Hankner updated the Council on recent <br />action on the airport legislation, by both the <br />House and the Senate. <br />Patrick Lehman of TKDA reviewed the bids received <br />by the City for the construction of potassium <br />pez_nangate feed equipment for water treatment <br />plants No. 2 and 3. He reported the project has <br />a July 15 completion date, which he felt confident <br />the low bidder could meet.
