There was <br />discussion among the Council as to potential problems <br />if the permit was transferrable, as far as someone <br />running a home occupation out of the building, and <br />what type of door would be put on the building. <br />Mayor McCarty recommended the item go back to the <br />Planning Commission for additional consideration, <br />and asked that they also discuss the size of <br />accessory buildings allowed. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Blanchard to table Item K <br />and the request for an accessory building for <br />Willard Haro at 3048 County Road H2, and re -refer <br />the item to the Planning Commission for further <br />disposition. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Sydney Lang, 12 Buffalo Road, St. Paul stated she <br />has always had children in the Mounds View School <br />District, and commended the City for their position <br />on the 19 year old legal drinking age, and asked <br />that they do what they can when issuing liquor <br />licenses to see that ID's are checked. <br />Mayor McCarty stated that he agreed 19 is too low <br />an age and that they will do all they can. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley briefly explained the 6. 1st Reading of <br />purpose of proposed Ordinance No. 342, which Ord. 342 Amend- <br />adopts Rule #8 of the Minnesota Air Pollution ing Chapter <br />Control Agency, which allows the Fire Chief to 63.05 of the <br />issue open burning permits.
