Motion /Second: Linke /Blanchard to authorize the conversion of the roll pak unit to LP. 5 ayes 0 nays Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported he had received a call from the new administrator /manager of CTF, Inc., stating they would like to be able to come back and finish the Long Lake Road ditch job. Clerk /Administra- tor Pauley stated he advised the gentleman he would have to contact the bonding company for their approval, and that also if they did do the work, they would have to put everything back to the original specifications. Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported they hope to have the City Newsletter out on July 5, and that some articles are being rewritten to update their informa- tion. Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed the proposed costs involved in the goal setting seminar, and reviewed where he had been able to locate funds toward the cost. Mayor McCarty stated he felt it was important for Clerk/ Administrator Pauley to attend his national conference as it is very valuable to the City.
