Finance Director Brager replied <br />the City will go with 1st State Bank of New <br />Brighton if the interest rates are competitive. <br />updated the Council on <br />Department, reporting <br />PRAD grant, or landscaping <br />Park, and that 1500 tulip <br />along the trails there. <br />He reported the Rec Department had passed all <br />playground programs onto the local neighborhood <br />parks, which was very successful, and children <br />were turned away from the programs, due to the <br />high attendance. <br />He reported the aquatics coordinator has started <br />and some of the swim programs have been restruc- <br />tured. <br />He also reported the Park Department is using <br />the word processor a great deal, and is pleased <br />with it. <br />Motion Carried <br />14. 3rd Quarter <br />Department Head <br />Reports <br />
