Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />Motion /Second: Linke/Eankner to approve Resolu- <br />tion No. 1704, approving the minor subdivision for <br />the Burger King Corporation, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Doty to approve Resolu- <br />tion No. 1705, approving a conditional use permit <br />for the Burger King Corporation for a convenience <br />food establishment, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: HankneriBlanchard to approve <br />Resolution No. 1703, approving an amendment to <br />the planned use development for the Silver Lake <br />Woods Development, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Linke to approve Reso- <br />lution No. 1707, authorizing the Clerk/Admini- <br />strator and Mayor to execute Development <br />Agreement No. 84 -64 with Burger King Corporation, <br />and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Dory /Linke to approve Resolution <br />No. 1709, rescinding Resolution No. 1425 and <br />transferring all assets and liabilities of the <br />special capital projects fund to the Silver Lake <br />Woods improvement project construction fund, and <br />waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported Mrs. Gale and <br />Ms. Yost had been advised the Council would be <br />discussing their item this evening, and he also <br />reported that Mrs. Gale had indicated that nothing <br />had been done in the past two months to determine <br />the marketability of the property, and that she <br />was waiting for a feasibility report from the City. <br />He added that Mrs. Gale has indicated she would <br />like more time. <br />Ken Sjodin stated he was representing Mrs. Gale, <br />and they now have a modification that they believe <br />will make the lots more valuable and buildable, and <br />they would like to proceed with the improvements and <br />January 23, 1984 <br />Page Three <br />10.
