Mounds View City Council February 27, 1984 <br />Regular Meeting Page Three <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley explained they had <br />received a response from the Chairman of the Met <br />Council, that the City of Blaine will be submitting <br />an environmental assessment on February 27, of which <br />Blaine will send a copy to Mounds View. He added <br />they are also filing a formal application for a <br />license the first week in March. <br />Mayor McCarty noted the City has nothing to base <br />its decision on in regard to support of the issue. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Doty to direct Staff to <br />ask our Legislators for their input and recom- <br />mendations for the racetrack proposal from <br />Blaine. <br />3 ayes <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley had no report. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Linke to adjourn the meet- 12.
