Mounds View City Council August 1 3. 1984 <br />Page Four <br />Regular Meeting <br />Attorney Meyers reported the City will be going to 12. Report of <br />Court the week of October 8 on the Hiehwav`10 Attorney <br />radiator repair shop. <br />AttorneY MeYers reported he had received an outline <br />of the brief from Transplan to be submitted to the <br />FAA, and he will have a revision readY soon. <br />Councilmember Linke reported the Ramsey County 13. Reports of <br />League meeting will be August 15. Councilmembers <br />Councilmember Linke stated he wished to express <br />his gratitude to Officer Krough for a service he <br />did to his family last week. <br />Councilmember Hankner reported the Festivities <br />Commission voted unanimously at their last meeting <br />to explore the possibility of having a beer garden <br />at the Festival in the Park, and wanted the Council <br />to be aware they are pursuing it. <br />Councilmember Blanchard reported she had attended <br />the play put on by the Mounds View Players and <br />found it to be very enjoyable. <br />Councilmember Blanchard expressed concern over <br />whether the City is getting what it is supposed to <br />be from Group W, as there have been so many problems <br />with them already in different cities. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley advised a public hearing <br />is scheduled for the next Council meeting, and it <br />will be discussed at that time. <br />Mayor McCarty stated that a concern of the Council <br />had been to stop the revolving door of the Clerk/ <br />Administrator's position, with one of their thoughts <br />being that it would help to have the administrator's salary <br />with cities of the same size. He stated he would <br />like to discuss the situation at the next agenda <br />session, as the last item, allowing Clerk /Admini- <br />strator Pauley to leave before they start their <br />discussion. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley advised he will have a <br />set of recommendations for 1985 salary adjustments <br />ready next week. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported that per the 14. Report of <br />letter of employment with Miche,'il Severson, a Clerk /Administra <br />performance review was done last week, at the for <br />completion of her first three months. <br />
