The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Linke, Hankner, <br />Blanchard, Doty and Mayor McCarty. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers and Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Doty to table approval of the <br />August 27, 1984 minutes, until Staff has had an <br />opportunity to address the issue of how they are <br />worded. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Councilmember Hankner stated she had driven by the <br />area last Saturday night and understood the problem <br />Mr. Meyerson was confronted with. <br />APPROVED 9/24/84 <br />Regular Meeting <br />September 10, 1984 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View MN 55112 <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by 1. Call to Order <br />Mayor McCarty at 7:30 PM on September 10, 1984. <br />Mayor McCarty closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the first public hearing at 7:40 PM. <br />Finance Director Brager made a presentation and <br />reviewed the proposed 1985 revenue sharing budget. <br />There were no comments or questions from anyone present. <br />Mayor McCarty closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 7:44 PM. <br />Scott Meyerson stated he lives at the corner of LaPort 6 <br />and Fairchild, next to the public parcel, which he <br />feels has become a nuisance due to the BMX track the <br />young people have built. He added it does not <br />appear to be neighborhood children who are creating <br />the nuisance and that while he understands work is <br />being done to subdivide the two lots, he would like <br />something done about the problem now. <br />2.
