Mounds View City Council Regular Meeting Attorney Meyers advised that the developer must come back for final approval, and if all costs are not paid, approval would not be granted. He also pointed out the development has been approved, and they must also decide if the City wants to aid the developer by issuing industrial revenue financing. He pointed out the applicant was put on notice by the resolution, and they must also consider whether this is an appropriate use for tax exempt financing.
