Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />Mayor Linke replied that it would not, and there <br />will be no exit from the industrial park onto <br />Quincy or County Road H2. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported that approval <br />has been received from MnDOT to install traffic <br />lights on Highway 10 approximately 100' east of <br />the old Launching Pad, when the need is present. <br />No access to the north will be allowed other <br />than a fire lane. <br />Wayne Mortenson, 2175 Bronson, questioned where <br />the sidewalks will be placed and expressed <br />concern about the piled up snow killing his <br />lilac bushes. He also expressed concern with a <br />problem he has had with cars driving through his <br />yard. <br />Mayor Linke replied that the 6" curb should alleviate <br />that problem on the Quincy side. <br />Councilmember Hankner asked that Staff look into the <br />problem for Mr. Mortenson. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Blanchard to declare the NCR <br />':ash register as surplus property and authorize <br />Staff to sell or otherwise dispose of it. <br />4 ayes <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed proposed Reso- <br />lution No. 1857. <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Blanchard to approve <br />Resolution No. 1857, authorizing participation in <br />the Control Data Business Advisors, Inc. joint <br />comparable worth study, and waive the reading of <br />the resolution. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed Staff's recom- 10.
