Mounds View City Council January 28, 1985 <br />Regular Meeting Page Four <br />'Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed proposed <br />Resolution No. 1863. <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Hankner to approve <br />ReiTution No. 1863, approving the 1985 labor <br />agreement between the City of Mounds View and <br />Teamsters Local 320, and waive the reading. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Linke /Hankner to approve <br />Resolution No. 1860, in appreciation to Gary <br />Quick for his service on the Planning <br />Commission, and waive the reading. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Director Thatcher had no report. <br />Attorney Meyers reported no decision had been <br />reached yet in the Highway 10 Radiator repair <br />case. <br />Councilmember Quick had no report. 15. Reports of <br />Councilmembers <br />Councilmember Blanchard reported the Planning <br />Commission will be holding an informational <br />meeting on Zone 6 on February 6. <br />Councilmember Hankner had no report. <br />Mayor Linke reported the volleyball tournament <br />which had been held at the Mermaid, in conjunction <br />with the St. Paul Winter Carnival, had been very <br />successful for the nark and Rec Department. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported Staff will be <br />attending workshops this week, to prepare <br />for job questionnaires for the Comparable Worth <br />Study. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Blanchard to adjourn the 17.
