PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The :Mounds View City Council was called to order by 1. Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:33 PM on March 11, 1985. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner, Quick and <br />Blanchard and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk /Administrator Pauley. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Hankner to approve the <br />February 25, 1985 minutes as amended. <br />3 ayes 0 nays <br />1 abstention <br />Councilmember Blanchard abstained from the vote a <br />she had not been present at the February 25, 1985 <br />meeting. <br />There were no residents requests or comments from <br />the floor- <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Quick to approve t:ie consent <br />agenda, minus Item F, and waive the readin;' of the <br />resolutions. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Hankner questioned the payment to John <br />Johnson under item F, stating that she had understood <br />the contract was completed some time ago.
