He stated <br />they would be servicing the area and would not <br />be bringing people from other areas in. He also <br />presented site lines, showing what would be <br />visible of the operation from the second story <br />balcony of the homes in the area. <br />Councilmember Haake pointed out that Mounds View <br />Drive is a ring road concept and was planned so <br />that businesses on Highway 10 could have access <br />to their buildings. She questioned the need for <br />an entrance /exit on Mounds View Drive. <br />Mayor Linke suggested tabling the discussion <br />to allow the residents to get together and allow <br />Staff time to get the names of the new residents <br />to notify them. <br />Bob Hartmann, representing Super America, stated <br />that they are more than willing to listen to the <br />concerns of the residents and they try to be a <br />good neighbor. <br />Motion /Second: Linke /Hankner to table the <br />remainder 'o -this public hearing for the meeting <br />of Monday, July 22 and have Staff notify as many <br />of the new residents as possible, and notify <br />Kraus Anderson also. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 8:57 PM. <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the next public hearing at 8:57 PM. <br />Motion /Second: Linke /Quick to table until the <br />Monday, July 22 meeting. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley asked that the New <br />Peking Restaurant be added to Item G of the <br />consent agenda. <br />Motion Carried <br />9.
