Mike Holt, representing Super America, made a presentation of the proposed plan. He stated they would be servicing the area and would not be bringing people from other areas in. He also presented site lines, showing what would be visible of the operation from the second story balcony of the homes in the area. Councilmember Haake pointed out that Mounds View Drive is a ring road concept and was planned so that businesses on Highway 10 could have access to their buildings. She questioned the need for an entrance /exit on Mounds View Drive. Mayor Linke suggested tabling the discussion to allow the residents to get together and allow Staff time to get the names of the new residents to notify them. Bob Hartmann, representing Super America, stated that they are more than willing to listen to the concerns of the residents and they try to be a good neighbor. Motion /Second: Linke /Hankner to table the remainder 'o -this public hearing for the meeting of Monday, July 22 and have Staff notify as many of the new residents as possible, and notify Kraus Anderson also. 5 ayes 0 nays Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened the regular meeting at 8:57 PM.
