Motion /Second: Hankner /Haake to approve Reso- lution No. 1907 establishing policies and pro- cedures for the implemen`ation of Chapter 400 of the Municipal Code entitled "Administrative Offenses" and waive the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion /Second: Quick /Haake to have the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 395, an ordinance amending the Municipal Code of Mounds View by amending Chapter 2 entitled "Council" and waive the reading.
