The Mounds View City Council was called to order by 1. Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:35 PM on July 22, 1985. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner, Blanchard, 3. Roll Call <br />Haake and Mayor Linke. <br />It was noted that Councilmember Quick was absent. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk /Admini- <br />strator Pauley and Public Works /Community Develop- <br />ment Director Thatcher. <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Haake to approve the July <br />8, 1985 minutes as presented. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Ken Sjodin, 2841 Bronson Drive, stated he was <br />representing the owners of the Gale /Yost <br />addition, and the bids on that project had come <br />in higher than anticipated, and they would like <br />to have the bids thrown out and have the City <br />act as the general contractor. <br />Mayor Linke explained that the Council had dis- <br />cussed the matter at the last agenda session, but <br />Mr. Sjodin had not been present, and they will <br />continue discussion at the August 5th agenda <br />session. <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the first public hearing at 7:40 PM. <br />DATE APPROVED: 8/12/85 <br />Regular Meeting <br />July 22, 1985 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />2.
