Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed proposed Ordinance <br />No. 397. <br />12. 2nd Reading <br />and Adoption <br />of Ordinance <br />Bill Frits, 8072 Long Lake Road, stated that he felt No. 397 <br />Group W Cable had been very unsatisfactory in their <br />performance, and he reported damage that had recently <br />been done to his fence. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley replied he would check <br />into it for Mr. Frits. <br />Motion /Second: Haake /Quick to have the second reading <br />and adoption of Ordinance No. 397, an ordinance <br />amending Ordinance No. 319 regarding the franchise <br />agreement between the City of Mounds View and <br />Group W Cable, and waive the reading. <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Mayor Linke <br />Quick aye <br />Blanchard aye <br />Haake aye <br />aye <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the public hearing at 7:46 PM. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed the request <br />from Noel S. Lanes for a minor subdivision of <br />one lot into two, at 2665 Hillview Road. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 7:47 PM. <br />Motion /Second: Haake /Blanchard to approve Reso- <br />lution No. 1916, approving a minor subdivision for <br />2665 Hillview Road. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Park, Recreation and Forestry Chairman Wayne <br />Burmeister reviewed the activities of the Park <br />and Rec Commission. He stated they have filled <br />the vacancy on the Commission with Diane Wuori. <br />Finance Director Brager reviewed the activities <br />of the finance department for the past quarter, <br />and their upcoming budget activities.
