A. Johnson's <br />property at 2865 Highway 10, Court File No. 484143, <br />restoring the original zoning of said property to <br />R -1 single family and rescinding issuance of the <br />conditional use permit and all conditions set forth <br />therein as ordered by the Ramsey County District <br />Court. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Attorney Meyers reported the Met Council has agreed to <br />an amended complaint in the airport lawsuit, and he is <br />in the process of serving MAC with the complaint. <br />Councilmember Hankner stated that in reference to 13. Reports of <br />earlier discussions that evening, she feels the Council Councilmembers <br />needs to be proactive rather than reactive with <br />development in the City, and they need to look at <br />all types of financing available and be prepared when <br />potential developers come to the City.
