The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Meyers, Clerk /Administrator <br />Pauley and Public Works /Community Development <br />Director Thatcher. <br />Councilmember Hankner asked that the format of the <br />Ainutes be changed to reflect under Councilmember's <br />`'Reports, whose report it is. <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Haake to approve the March <br />24, 1986 minutes as corrected. <br />5 ayes <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the first public hearing at 7:05 PM. <br />Bruce Holton, representing the developer, made a <br />presentation of the proposed self- service car wash <br />facility, showing drawings of the facility. <br />Director Thatcher reported the Planning Commission <br />has reviewed the plan and recommends approval.
