The Mounds View City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Linke at 7:00 PM on Monday, April 28, 1986. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner, Blanchard, <br />Quick, Haake and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Karney, Clerk /Administrator <br />Pauley and Public Works /Community Development Director <br />Thatcher. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Hankner to approve the April <br />14, 1986 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley read a proclamation from <br />the City of Mounds View supporting buddy poppy sales <br />on behalf of the VFW. <br />Mayor Linke presented the proclamation to Lorna Holm <br />of the VFW, and she presented Mayor Linke with buddy <br />poppies to promote their sales. <br />Councilmember Haake questioned whether anything had <br />been resolved yet on the insurance coverage, and <br />whether Item B should be removed. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported there are more <br />than adequate funds to cover the overage, and that <br />the issue would be discussed further during the <br />meeting. <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Blanchard to approve the <br />consent agenda, as presented, and waive the reading <br />if the resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />DATE A P Peoub <br />Regular Meeting <br />April 28, 1986 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />1.
