He recommended a public <br />nearing be set for the earliest possible date. <br />Motion /Second: Haake /Quick to set a public hearing for <br />the Chester Glisan minor subdivision for June 9, 1986 <br />at 7:13 PM. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Director Thatcher reported that $527 is the fee which <br />was agreed upon by the Park and Rec Commission for <br />the Stanley Fisher subdivision park dedication fee. <br />Motion /Second: Haake /Linke to accept the Park and <br />Rec Commission's recommendation on the Stanley <br />Fisher subdivision, for a park dedication fee of $527. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed the process used <br />in interviewing and screening applicants for the <br />receptionist position. <br />.tion /Second: Haake /Quick to authorize the hiring <br />f Carol Sue Rasmussen as City Hall Receptionist <br />commencing June 2, 1986 at a rate of $6.00 per hour <br />with a six month probationary period and a three month <br />review with a $.25 per hour increase assuming <br />acceptable performance. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Director Thatcher reported the City has an account for <br />deposits received from developers for services provided <br />by the City, and some of the funds have been in there <br />since 1980. He also explained there are some who owe <br />the City money which they have never paid, and it would <br />cost more to try and collect than it would to write it <br />off.
