He <br />reported the City had met with Mr. Thomas of the <br />U.S. Department of Transportation last Friday and <br />verbally discussed retesting and restarting procedures. <br />•e added he had spoken with an attorney for the DOT <br />Washington, and was told that as a courtesy, they <br />ould send the City a copy of the order regarding <br />Williams Pipeline, but the copy had not yet been <br />received. <br />op T„.5.
