Mounds View City Council September 22, 1986 <br />Regular Meeting Page Five <br />or Linke advised that Cable C ^mmissioner Jerry Skelly <br />requested that Council Meetings be cablecast live, <br />ginning with the first meeting in November. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported some money nas been <br />received from franchise fees this year. <br />There was discussion among the Council of who would <br />operate the equipment and it was agreed to have Mr. Skelly <br />come in at the next agenda session to talk to the Council <br />and advise them of what is going to happen. <br />Mayor Linke reported Mr. Skelly had told him he would be <br />going to the technical schools to look for operators. <br />Cler'_ /Administrator Pauley added that some Staff has <br />received training on the equipment, but if City employees <br />are used to operate the equipment during the evening, <br />unless they are administrative, the City would be required <br />to pay them overtime. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley explained the intent of proposed 15.
