Councilmember Hankner stated she has begun checking into <br />this already and has spoken to a number of people, so <br />she didn't feel the January 1 date would be a problem, <br />but if it was, she would ask for an extension of time. <br />Mounds View City Council December 8, 1986 <br />Regular Meeting Page Four <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley stated he had spoken with <br />Barb Arnie of the government training service, and she <br />would be available February 13 and 14 to do a goal <br />setting /team building session. <br />Councilmember Haake had no report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />Councilmember Quick had no report. <br />Mauor Linke reported he would be attending the Mayors <br />Conference this coming weekend. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported the Ramsey County <br />League of Local Government's annual banquet would be <br />held December 17, with Senator Durenberger as the <br />featured speaker. He asked that everyone have their <br />reservations in to him by the morning of December 12. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported he had received <br />a call from Commissioner McCarty, informing him that <br />the Staft recommendation was going before the County <br />Library Board that afternoon, recommending construction <br />of a branch library in Mounds View.
